A3: Yes.You can remove the hanging bar of the Laundry Storage Cart if you donot want it.

Q4: Will this cart roll over plush carpet Easily

A4: My carpet isn’t super plush. but it has no problem rolling over it.

Q5: Can the top bar and upright supports be removed

A5: You can but the bar that comes from under the basket would have a rough edge that would be level with the basket. I used only 1 set of uprights and put the top cross bar on at a lower level. I didn’t need the cross bar high enough for dresses and it makes it easier to get the unit into and out of my condo apartment.
